Returns & Exchanges

At Light Worker on Duty, we are committed to both your satisfaction and mindful consumption. We encourage you to choose carefully and review our sizing guide before ordering. If your purchase isn't quite right, here is how we can help:

1. Eligibility Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following criteria:

Unworn and Unwashed: Items must show absolutely no signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration.

Original Condition: All original tags, and labels must be securely attached.

Free from Odors/Marks: Items must be free of pet hair, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or strong odors (including perfumes and smoke).

Note: Items returned in a non-resaleable condition will be sent back to the customer, and a refund or exchange will not be processed.

3. Returns for Refund

Shipping Fee: We process refunds to your original form of payment. Due to the high carbon footprint of reverse logistics, we charge a small $8.00 processing and handling fee to cover the return label and administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected (which can take 5-7 business days), your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank statement.

4. Exchanges & Store Credit (Our Sustainable Choice)

We encourage exchanges or returns for store credit as the most sustainable option, as it reduces waste and simplifies logistics.

Free Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color of the same style, we will provide the return shipping label and ship the new item to you for free.

Free Store Credit: If you choose to return your item for store credit (via a digital gift card), we will provide the return shipping label for free. The full purchase amount will be issued as credit for a future mindful purchase.

5. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" (such as limited edition drops or discounted clearance items) are not eligible for return or exchange.

To begin the process, please visit our Returns Portal or Contact Page and follow the prompts. You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
